Beginner/Basics

This class is perfect for those new to yoga, or for any student who
wishes to refine their alignment and breathing techniques.  Instructors will spend time in each pose, clearly demonstrating and assisting students with proper alignment for safety and to ensure that every student fully experiences the asanas (postures) right for them.  All levels welcome. 

Soul Flow (All Levels Flow)

Soul Flow classes take the basic postures and link them through breath, movement and music for an amazing physical and uplifting practice.  All levels classes introduce postures for any background of yoga, as instructors at Soul Flow will always offer modifications.

Power

Be prepared to work your asana off in this vigorous class derived from the Ashtanga style of yoga practice.  The flow style of class has a strong emphasis on strength and flexibility.  All levels welcome as modifications are always provided. 

Hot

For the student who wants to take their practice to the next level.  The studio temperature starts at 85 degrees and is a vigorous flow practice with the intention of finding the balance between strength and flexibility.  Hot Yoga releases toxins from the body and allows for greater movement in the muscles deapening the opening process in the body.  Experience is recommended. 

Gentle Flow

This class is a gentle flow class, focusing on the health and suppleness of the spine, includes weight bearing postures to increase/maintain bone density, postures to maintain our focus and balance, breathing techniques for organ and tissue health, and relaxing meditations.  Live acoustic music is often played throughout the hour and fifteen minute class.  All levels welcome.

Morning Flow

This early morning class is a series of Gentle Flow postures and includes some Sun Salutations.  Sun Salutations are a series of postures linked with the breath, performed in a calming tone to welcome the day and give thanks for life and being.   All levels welcome.

Community Soul

Soul Flow believes in Karma and we want everyone to have the opportunity to experience yoga.  Community Soul is our chance to give back to our community, and offer accessible yoga for everyone. (class fee is just $6)  Proceeds from this class are donated to charity on a monthly basis.  All levels welcome. 

Restorative

Restorative yoga is a series of completely supported postures that allow the body to open and relax as you stay in the restful poses for 5-10 minutes a piece.  Soothing and meditative, restorative classes are a perfect complement to any practice and any life.  Live acoustic music is often played throughout the hour and fifteen minutes class.  All levels welcome.   

Yoga Ball

This class integrates pilates principles with yoga-based moves in order to produce a more unified self.  Focusing on core abdominal strength, alignment, and breath, this class teaches total body control and flexibility using the yoga ball.  All levels are welcome.


Soul to Soul - Partner Yoga

Soul Flow's Partner Yoga classes are offered one Friday per month.  Soul to Soul is a fun, interactive class that allows each person to build trust, compassion and communication whatever your relationship between you and your partner – a spouse, friend, sibling, parent, child.  Perfect for Date Night or Mommy and Me or just a fun evening out.  Pre-registration is recommended.  All levels welcome.

Children's Yoga

This hour long class is a way for kids to quiet their minds, use their imagination, learn to focus their energy, work with partners, bring awareness into their bodies which are constantly changing and see how they are connected to the world around them.  Children's yoga incorporates poses, breathing, games, books and props to show our young yogis how to become and live a calm and compassionate life. 


Prenatal Yoga

During pregnancy, yoga can help keep you limber, tone your muscles and improve your balance and circulation.  Prenatal yoga is an ideal way to stay in shape with little, if any, impact on your joints.  This class is also beneficial as it will teach you to breath deaply and relax which will come in handy through labor, delivery and motherhood.  It is also a positive, supportive environment in which to meet other mothers giving motivation to continue exercising.  The Gentle Flow class is also a complementary class for prenatal yoga.
