At Soul Flow Yoga…
We practice to bring joy, flexibility, strength and compassion to our lives.  Our favorite mantra is “Feel your breath, Respect your body, Honor your soul.”  We hope Soul Flow Studio becomes a place where these thoughts can be shared and embraced.

 Yoga is for everybody… 
At Soul Flow there is no too big, too young, too stiff, too thin, too old, too novice,
too enlightened. Some of the benefits of a yoga practice include flexibility, strength, posture, breathing, less stress, more calm, concentration, mood, cardiovascular and balance of body and mind.
