Beginner/BasicsMolly Namaste
This class is perfect for those new to yoga, or for any student who wishes to refine their alignment and breathing techniques.  Instructors will spend time in each pose, clearly demonstrating and assisting students with proper alignment for safety and to ensure that every student fully experiences the asanas (postures) right for them.

Soul Flow (All Levels Flow)   
Soul Flow classes take the basic postures and link them through breath, movement and music for an amazing physical and uplifting practice.  Classes continue to build on the basic postures, advancing withMarcus a student’s practice.  Instructors at Soul Flow will always offer modifications.

Hot
For the student who wants to take their practice up a notch, our Hot Flow class takes a Flow class and adds a bit of heat.  (studio will be heated to 85 degrees).  Hot Yoga releases toxins from the body and allows for greater movement and flexibility.  Experience is recommended.  Be ready to sweat.

Gentle Flow
The Gentle Flow class focuses on the health and suppleness of the spine, includes weight bearing postures to increase and maintain bone density, postures to enhance our focus and balance,Devin Acoustic breathing techniques for organ and tissue health, and relaxing meditations.  Live acoustic music is often offered during this class.  All levels welcome.

Community Soul  
Soul Flow believes in Karma, and we want everyone to have the opportunity to experience yoga.  Community Soul is our chance to give back to our community, and offer accessible yoga for everyone. (class fee is just $6).  Live acoustic music is offered during the Sunday night Community class.

RestorativeStephen and Lauren Partner Yoga
Restorative yoga is a series of completely supported postures.  Soothing and meditative, restorative classes are a perfect complement to any practice.

Prenatal
During pregnancy, yoga can help keep you limber, tone your muscles and improve your balance and circulation.  Prenatal yoga is an ideal way to stay in shape with little, if any, impact on your joints.  This class is also beneficial as it will teach you to breathe deeply and relax which will come in handyChildren's yoga through labor, delivery and motherhood. The Gentle Flow class is also a complementary class for prenatal yoga.  .

Kids Yoga 
This 45 minute class is a way for kids to quiet their minds, use their imagination, learn to focus their energy, work with partners, bring awareness into their bodies, which are constantly changing, and see how they are connected to the world around them.  Children’s yoga incorporates poses, breathing, games, books and props to show our young yogis how to become and live a calm and compassionate life.  Soul Flow kids class utilizes the Angel Bear Yoga curriculum ( HYPERLINK “http://www.angelbearyoga.com” www.angelbearyoga.com)

Soul to Soul – Partner Yoga   
Soul Flow’s Partner Yoga classes are on select Fridays.  Soul to Soul is a fun, interactive class.  Bring a partner – a spouse, friend, sibling, parent, child.  Build trust, compassion, honesty and communication in your relationships.  Perfect for Date Night.  Pre-registration is recommended, all levels welcome.  Stay and enjoy dinner and libations!
